Credits purchased through LinkU Mailbox Machine are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. LinkU Mailbox Machine may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. LinkU Mailbox Machine may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold LinkU Mailbox Machine harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LinkU Mailbox Machine may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
LinkU Mailbox Machine is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. LinkU Mailbox Machine provides no warranties for such software.
LINKU MAILBOX MACHINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
LinkU Mailbox Machine is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive) arising from use of the service. In no event shall liability exceed the amounts you paid to LinkU Mailbox Machine.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkU Mailbox Machine. Utah law governs all disputes, which must be resolved in Salt Lake County courts unless arbitration is required.
LinkU Mailbox Machine is committed to robust data protection and complies with GDPR and HIPAA-aligned security standards when applicable.
User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. LinkU Mailbox Machine does not sell or rent customer data.
We employ encryption, access controls, and risk assessments to protect personal data.
We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though LinkU Mailbox Machine is not a covered entity.
